No Signboard Seafood Singapore provide exclusively good crab meats for all the crab lovers out there. I happened to drop by along together with my old mates here to enjoy these crabs. Never that we realized this amazing dinner that actually cost SGD780 for 8 persons.
I was surprised that the crab meat can be so lovingly good and expensive. Peoples are willing to spend for these crab meat. Chili crab is top on the list and most chosen food according to the restaurant staff.
Well, how the name of No Signboard Seafood Singapore come from?
According to the folks back in the 70s', this restaurant started their stall at the Mattar Road Hawker center without having a signboard for their restaurant. Back in the times, law was not so strict so nobody actually really cares you have a signboard for your business. In the past, eating crab was not a very common thing to do unlike today. It was rather a small niche to be explore for crab meat lovers. Eventually, the stall had started to build up its reputation due to it's own started flavour and the demand are seemingly increasing and people are starting to call them the no signboard seafood stall.
Nevertheless, if you wish to eat here, you can find the restaurant in all these places, Vivo City, The Central @ Clark Quay, The Esplanade and No. 414 Geyland. Enjoy peeps!
