I saw this article written by one of my friend. It makes me feel so true when I was reading it. I just copy and paste it here by the way.

Pantun di atas ingin saya tujukan kepada pihak Hal Ehwal Pelajar Kolej Kediaman E, UMS. Maafkan saya kalau terdapat sebarang kesilapan dalam pengunaan struktur ayat atau tatabahasa. Namun tujuan pantun ini tulis adalah ingin mengingatkan anda semula tentang tanggungjawab anda terhadap pelajar-pelajar yang menghuni di Kolej Kediaman E.

Pada minggu lalu, saya dikhabarkan dengan satu pengumuman yang menyatakan semua penghuni di kolej kediaman E dikehendaki mengosongkan bilik masing-masing semasa cuti semester ini. Mengikut pengetahuan saya, perkara ini adalah susulan hasrat pihak HEP yang ingin menyediakan tempat tinggal bagi peserta-peserta bagi satu acara sukan yang bakal diadakan pada cuti semester ini. Yuran RM5.00 sehari juga akan dikenakan sekirannya pelajar ingin terus menggunakan bilik kediaman.

Mengikut tradisi, pengosongan bilik hanya akan dilakuan pada setiap pengakhiran sesi pembelajaran iaitu setahun sekali. Ini adalah kerana setiap pemohonan untuk mendiami di kolej kediaman adalah untuk tempoh satu sesi pembelajaran. Ya, saya faham bahawa terdapat acara yang akan berlangsung dan tempat tinggal harus disediakan untuk tetamu-tetamu, tetapi jumlah itu hanyalah minoriti. Berdasarkan kapasiti yang sedia ada, perlukah seluruh kolej kediaman dikosongkan? Mungkin setiap rumah hanya satu bilik yang perlu dikosongkan dan tidak semua penghuni akan terjejas. Penghuni yang terjejas juga boleh menumpangkan benda kepunyaan mereka di bilik sebelah. Pihak HEP banyak kerja sangatkah sampai tidak boleh membuat perancangan ini? Orang luar diberi keutamaan dan penghuni-penghuni jagaan anda diabaikan. Bak kata pepatah "Anak di pangku dilepaskan, anak beruk di hutan disusukan". Tolonglah, sedar sedikit tentang kebajikan siapakah yang harus anda utamakan. Setiap tahun diadakan pengundian dan pemilihan JAKMAS tetapi kebajikan diabaikan.

Peraturan dan etika di kolej kediaman juga merupakan salah satu isu di sini. Penghuni-penghuni di kolej kediamaan sering diberi amaran(sampai ada yang dirampas kad matrik) untuk tidak berseluar pendek di kawasan kolej kediaman. Kalau pendek sangat itu saya fahamlah bahawa itu dah keterlaluan. Tapi yang menghairankan seluar pendek yang melepasi paras lutut juga dilarang. Saya sangat betul nak tanya ini kepada pihak HEP, sangat tak senonohkah kalau seseorang itu memakai seluar pendek yang melepasi paras lutut? Itu juga anda kira seksi? Mana lebih tak senonoh, berseluar panjang yang ketat sampai nampak bentuk kaki atau seluar pendek yang melepasi paras lutut yang longgar?

Kalau seseorang itu pakai seluar pendek pergi ke kafe atau pejabat HEP bolehlah diterima kalau dia diberi amaran. Tetapi yang nak keluar ke bandar atau tempat lain yang memakai seluar pendek juga ditahan pihak HEP. Siapakah anda untuk menghalang hak pemakaian orang? Ini merupakan cerita benar dimana pernah sekali kawan saya yang baru balik daripada bandar berseluar pendek menunggang motorsikal disoal pihak HEP. Seluar pendek yang saya maksudkan adalah yang melepasi pihak lutut. Kawan saya menjelaskan bahawa dia balik dari bandar tetapi dia terus diberi amaran. Tidak munasabah langsung.

Mengapa isu pakaian ini saja yang dipandang serius? Bagaimana pula dengan isu seperti merokok di kolej kediaman dan isu kebersihan kafe makanan? Jangan anda kata anda tidak tahu. Selaku pelajar, saya seolah-olah tengah diberitahu bahawa merokok di kolej kediaman bukanlah isu besar. Di luar sana, kerajaan bertungkus-lumus menghapuskan amalan merokok, tetapi di dalam sebuah universiti kerajaan isu ini hanyalah isu remeh. Tunggak pendidikan negara kononnya.

Kad matrik merupakan satu-satunya identiti pengenalan kami di dalam universiti. Kad matrik boleh diumpamakan seperti kad pengenalan bagi seorang rakyat di sesebuah negara. Kalaulah Polis Diraja Malaysia hanya boleh sekadar memeriksa dan menyalin maklumat kad pengenalan kami dan tidak berhak merampas kad pengenalan kami tanpa arahan makhamah, apakah hak pihak HEP untuk merampas kad matrik pelajar?

Akhir kata, bukanlah untuk mencabar atau menjatuhkan sebarang pihak tetapi ini merupakan suara pendapat saya. Kalau benarlah hanya menjalankan tanggungjawab, pastikan di manakah keutamaannya. Sila pastikan peraturan dipatuhi anda dahulu sebelum memastikan orang lain mematuhi peraturan. Penghormatan hanya dapat dikecapi melalui teladan yang baik dan bukannya penindasan atau membuli. Bak kata pepatah " Raja adil raja disembah, raja tak adil raja disanggah"

Okay, that's what he wrote and there's an impact after what he wrote. I remembered there's one night when everyone was trying to argue with the management about the responsibility and their actions towards us. That particular night, I was in my room, and they were having some small debate at down at the arena about us, must pay RM5 per day if we're going to stay in college E and we have to clear our room and move out to other places in coming holiday. I didn't really care much about it anyway cause if they would ask me to pay, I wouldn't pay it as well. It was stated clearly we should be staying in this college subsidised by the government.

That night, these mobsters were trying to get our student's right for what happen. Refer the picture below. These are the student representatives from College E. We called them the JAKMAS.

The Officer from the Student Affair together with some Management Staff did a little visit to our College E room, and I was lucky that they pick my room lol *wtf* I thought who the hell so impolite coming in the room without even knocking the room. After few arguments, the problems was settled @@. It's funny that everyone started to stand to scream and booing these officers at the balcony. Guys became rampage and were like animals and beast shouting like a convicts in a jail. lol wtf

Let me tell you something as well, I couldn't actually trust in these dirty mobster JAKMAS. Say, for examples, TVs and cooking were prohibited in our room. Smoking were illegal in our College. and guess what, these mobster, had TV and cooking materials in their room and even their house. *wtf* Smoking is one main part of breaking the law. I remembered 2 years back in our college. The JAKMAS were the main cigarrettes supplier in our college back then, since it's so troublesome to go out to get some cigarrettes into the college.

and yes, the current president, Romy. These fella ignored me last time when I called him when I was having an emergency case. I broke my wrist. I was so fucking pain back then. Do you how hard is it that few nights that I been through with my broken wrist only. I needed some help. I called this guy telling all my story, he said I'm busy and hang up my phone. I call for the 2nd time, he said "Sorry Sorry, saya busy" then hang up. Call up 3rd time, he hanged up my phone. What the hell is wrong with this people. I just need to get a ride to the hospital and admit myself to ward and before that, the Student Affairs Council was supposed to provide us help in terms of financial and transportation and other else. I was advised not to admit myself to ward for surgery first because I haven't get my letter of agreement for financial and insurance from the Council. But the Council were calling me telling I can go first without waiting them.

I had some friends friend's cases, which they eventually did that, and students affair's officer actually didn't compensate for what happen. No insurance. No finance. Student paying their medical fee with their own money. It's few thousands. Not cents.

Speaking of which, I agree with some of the parts stated by my friend talking about wearing short pants. The part which he mentioned, his friend getting caught for wearing short pants when he was just back from town and was parking his motorcycle at the parking site, he was eventually one of my friend too, ah Bing. LOL. Pity him, he was caught fucking few times already. I don't know why they like him so much.

It's so funny though. The other day, I was with some of my friend going to town, we wore short pants and we was caught. This FELO drive his motorbike toward us and highlighted us. What a fucking impolite way to talk to a person.

FELO: Kenapa pakai seluar pendek? Siapa cakap boleh pakai seluar pendek?

US: Kami mahu keluar pergi KK ini. Dan mereka ni ada yang tinggal di luar. Bukan penghuni sini.

FELO: Tinggal di luar maksudnya boleh pakai seluar pendek ka?

I was like, WTF is wrong with you. I ignored him and walked away and he stared us all the way until the end of the road. Is he sick or what? It's so pissed to hear what he just said. Pissed and pissed again.

Laws and Rules are mend to be broken. Some FELO act like they didn't see anything when someone was smoking in the college. But wtf is wrong SOME of the FELO which actually approach one of my friend and caught him red-handed smoking and he was kicked off from the college.

If you would want to enforce the law, you gotta do it right. You gotta do it like a professional and not like a corrupted people. If you would want to set a law, SET IT WITH UR FUCKING RATIONAL AND LOGIC MIND. Not a nonsense like wearing short pants is illegal. Probably you should set a limit for the length of the pants.
